When using Internet Explorer, you will most likely see a script error message when you try to display a web page. A script is usually a list of commands used by programs to create websites. Windows uses the Visual package, also known as Basic (VB). If VB doesn’t necessarily understand or can’t resolve the command term from the list of scripts, a new “script error” message is displayed. Any errors will prevent your printer from responding to the print command. There are several methods you can use to fix this issue. Start with the first method, and then retry screen printing the page. If the problem persists, try the following method.

  • Once you have your printer installation CD, check for downloadsdrivers on the manufacturer’s website.

  • When printing a web page in Internet Explorer, the printed document is treated as a mirror image.

I will have an HP Officejet Pro L7780 and therefore a Windows 7 64-bit operating system. When I print a page from a website that uses PDF in Internet Explorer, the printed page is definitely a mirror image. When I shoot the same page as firefox the page prints correctly.

I also recently set up my husband’s computer so he can also print them from the network to a printer. When I print a large email on my printer from an absolute machine, a mirror image is also created.

I assumed you were helping many users, so I waited a long time before asking again. Thank you very much. I added another printer driver following your trusted instructions. It worked. I’m in one right now to type correctly. Thank you!

  • Crash creating PDF PowerPoint note pages after updateup to OS365

I recently upgraded to OS365 and since then I can’t print my PowerPoint presentation as a PDF file when I select Journal Notes Pages. Print to PDF is fine for other applications, not to mention full-page PowerPoint printing, but not when printing tonal pages. I am using Adobe Acrobat DC. I do this every night and have had no issues with PowerPoint 2010, only after upgrading to PowerPoint 2016. Here is the error message. The file sometimes crashes on the page at one time or another, could save more than 40 sheets then crashes and therefore the pages keep the plane well.

Why do I keep getting a script error message?

A: Script error messages will help you know if your browser is up to date. The thing is, every website you visit contains a major version of JavaScript (the programming words and phrases that make websites animate and interact) that is newer than the one installed on your system.
